Established in 2008 with the goal of providing customers with stylish and affordable rugs, Love-Rugs has grown from small beginnings to serving customers worldwide. Today, they offer everything from budget rugs to designer and hand-knotted custom floor coverings. Love-Rugs’ mission is to go the extra mile to find the perfect rug for your home.

Project Description

Love Rugs decided to take the next step in their eCommerce growth journey. Their existing website was beginning to cause issues due to technical and marketing limitations imposed by the outdated platform in use. We worked closely with their team to understand their specific eCommerce needs and decided on Shopify as the platform to improve their conversion rate and provide a well-thought-out shopping funnel for their customers. Thousands of incredible products required a level of filtration that was beyond the built-in capabilities of Shopify. This required us to develop a custom filtration app to sort large quantities of products.

Additionally, we integrated all of Love Rugs’ business systems into their Shopify store – their CRM, Inventory management and accountancy systems, to ensure everything communicated with each other for easy store management.

Project Outcomes

Love Rugs successfully launched with a significant improvement to their previous eCommerce offering. User journey improved significantly, helping customers easily search for and filter what they are looking for on the eCommerce website.
