Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who can help us continue producing fantastic eCommerce experiences for our clients.

We are looking for a people focused individual who will be able to help our clients as they move through our project process and with ongoing support agreements.

The Position

You would be responsible for managing digital projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to launch, through to support. 

Exceptional communication skills are key as you will be required to instruct the team, inform the client and establish a clear path for delivery while working with timeframes and project budgets. 

Excellent listening skills to understand the needs of our clients is crucial in  helping shape a roadmap for successful delivery. 

Having a technical background is important as you will  have to have the  knowledge of relevant technologies to be able to hold your own during technical conversations and identify potential problems and solutions with our team.

Communication is so important  in this role to ensure successful relationships with clients and our team. 

We are looking for a digital project manager with 2+ years of experience with an understanding of digital and the ability to manage projects using softwares such as Jira. 

An understanding of both the technologies and  platforms we use, such as Shopify, Magento and BigCommerce to have the ability to confidently discuss these with our clients and  team.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate examples where  they managed the successful delivery of a project from start to finish. 

Additionally, you must be confident and articulate in presenting information clearly to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all those  involved in the project understands the expectations for delivery.
